Custom Window Treatments
Janis has been sewing since she was in the third grade when she joined a 4-H Sewing Club. Over the years she has made many of her own clothes and home fashions. With her passion for interior decorating she has taken many classes and seminars which have given her extensive training in the designing and crafting of custom window treatments.
Because the fabric usually dictates the style and design, once the fabric is chosen she can then offer her clients advice and direction of the design. She can visualize and create a drawing of a window treatment, so a client can see the style and design.
Fine detail work, such as a contrasting colored piping on the inside edge of a valance or a knife-edged pleated ruffle enhancing the leading edge of a drapery, characterizes her designs.
Janis is respectful of a client’s budget and carries fabrics in many price ranges.
Wallpaper
Wallpaper is back in fashion and we've got the area's largest selection of wallpaper sample books. Feel free to bring your paint or fabric swatches, photos, or flooring samples into our showroom and spend some quality time browsing the range of choices.
